By accessing or using the HuntTheThreat platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Yassin Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization ("we," "us," or "our").

HuntTheThreat is an educational cybersecurity training platform designed to help users develop skills in security assessment, compliance frameworks (such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and CMMC), SOC operations, and offensive security concepts.

The Platform is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future, with appropriate notice to users.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You may NOT:

• Attempt to breach, hack, or attack the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use any knowledge or skills gained from the Platform to conduct unauthorized attacks against real systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Share or redistribute training content, lab materials, or assessments
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers

Training content covering offensive security techniques (penetration testing, red teaming, etc.) is provided strictly for lawful educational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring any application of these skills complies with applicable laws and that you have proper authorization.

This Platform is educational in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, training materials are for learning purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole source of professional or compliance guidance.

Nature of AI Output

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors
• AI grading and feedback are automated aids, not authoritative evaluations, and do not guarantee accuracy
• AI output is provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or official cybersecurity guidance
• AI-simulated interviews and scenarios are fictional educational exercises, not representations of real systems or situations

No Reliance on AI Output

You should not make professional, compliance, security, or legal decisions based solely on AI-generated content or feedback from this Platform. Always verify important information against authoritative sources and consult qualified professionals for official guidance.

Limitation of Liability for AI Features

We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content, AI grading, AI feedback, or any other AI-powered features of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in AI output, inaccuracies in AI grading, or any misinterpretation of AI-generated educational content.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to training modules, lab scenarios, assessments, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Yassin Family Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written permission.

Certificates generated by the Platform may be shared publicly to demonstrate completion, but they represent completion of our training program only and should not be misrepresented as official certifications.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the Platform
• Is illegal or violates applicable laws

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any content or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the training content
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or limitations in AI-generated content, AI grading, AI feedback, or any other AI-powered features
• Any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated output

As a nonprofit organization providing free educational services, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

AI features are provided without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume all risk associated with the use of AI-generated content and features.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yassin Family Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
